Based from home, your duties would include:
Development of new and existing clients by delivering and exemplary and communicative service
Sourcing/ attracting clients via various methods including; client meeting (online), LI, social media, etc
Reaching out to potential clients via phone and video
Maintain / update the database, ensuring compliance, activities/ notes is fully up to date
Create adverts to attract / engage high quality clients
Liaising directly with key clients to provide them required services
Offering first class customer service to clients
Following up all communication (via either email, text, WhatsApp, LinkedIn message, social media channels)
Able to build revenue by nurturing existing clients and bringing on new ones
Previous sales experience in services industry preferably IT, Digital Marketing, HR.
Able to listen/ build relationships with all levels of stakeholders
Able to qualify work specifications taken from clients
Able to ‘think out of the box’ / look for different solutions
Attention to detail/ value the importance of a fully administered database
